Script Feedback
Today my teacher gave me some feedback on the script i'd written. One of her points was that it was too long for a five minute short film. This is something that I did not think of when writing it. Now I have thought it through, I think interviewing five people within five minutes is simply not realistic enough. With this in mind, I have decided to only interview 3/5 people who i'd originally come up with. I have decided not to interview Alice and My Nan (Thirla.) This because, I am already interviewing someone who's insecure about their appearance (Beth) and I don't think my Nan's in put it essential, her being interviewed was more of just an extra, therefore I have illiminated this two people from my Short Film. By doing this, it means I have more time to make the interviews with the remaining three people really affective. My teacher's second point was that I need to include more factual information as Documentaries often contain a lot of factual content and it makes what I am saying sound more realistic. With these points in mind, I have no refined my script;

Below is the video of my final Documentary. If i'm honest, I'm not completely happy with it and would change it if I could however the deadline has been set therefore I cannot have anymore time;

Magazine Review Production
1. Firstly I opened up a blank word document;
2. Next, I inserted a text box and made 3/4 of the page a deep purple colour with a the remaining quarter of the page left white;
3. Thirdly, I added the title of the review;
4. Then, I added the five stars underneath the title of my review;
5. After, I added a table of basic information about my film;
6. I was then able to add the text I had written for my review;
7. A directors quote was then added;
8. A picture of the director was then placed on my review;
9. An arrow shows that the image is of the director;
10. Page number, website and who the reviews written by added;

Finishing Touches!
Just when I thought my final review was complete and there was nothing left to add, I googled 'Magazine Review' and came across the following review below;
I really liked the style of this review and I noticed somethings it included which my review didn't - a page number, a website and who the review was written by. Although these things are only small changes I feel they would improve by review, therefore I have decided to add them to my document.

2 Magazine Reviews
Throughout designing my review I have kept to the same colour scheme - dark purple and a light pink. Today I decided to recreate my review using a different colour scheme. You can see them both below;
Although I experimented with the colour scheme I decided to stick to the pink and purple colours. This is because my audience for my film is primarily young females therefore these colours will appeal to them more. Blue is typically associated with boys, plus the colour red used for the word 'False' is often associated with horror films - something which my film is not. I am glad I experimented with the colours however, it shows how colours can dramatically change the impression of a film, just by how it appears.
